This past weekend we launched our Christmas giving goal for 2012: To raise £4,080, which covers all the costs of one “cot” of 12 months at the Village of Hope in Grabow, South Africa. The Village of Hope seeks to help children infected or affected by HIV, AIDS and TB. It was founded by Tim & Maz Walker, an English couple who a few years ago wanted to make a difference and sensed Gods call to Africa, and ended up establishing this amazing ministry as part of the Thembalisha Foundation. Now they are doing a fantastic work and its our privilege to partner with them.
Tim & Maz, as well as the Wholehearted worship band were with us for the weekend, and we have already raised quite a bit towards our goal. If can contribute, do so in 3 ways:
- At any of the Every Nation London services in December
- By text (Text “MAKE01 £10” to 70070, and £10 + Gift Aid will come to us for VOH via your phone bill).
- Or give online here. (Please make a note that its via Every Nation London).
Come on, lets keep making a Difference!
